Well Happy Holidays and a howdy-doo to everyone! 2006 is coming to a close and it has surely been an adventure of successive transitions for Michele and Kenneth. Michele has helped to open a new store called Urban Forest Home on the very hip Solano Ave. in North Berkeley and is appreciative that the flower shop she'd wished for has come true. Kenneth is now starting his second job for the holidays and is spending his time dog-sitting and loading kilns at a locally owned 'paint your own pottery' studio. As we have transformed from Asheville slackers to Berkeley busy-bees we are both enjoying our studies and working as many hours per week as the necessities of sleep and food permit. Although we miss our widely spread East-coast friends and family we feel at home here, making friends and enjoying the mild weather. We wish you Happy Holidays and please know that you are in our hearts and our minds. We send you each a wish for peace and blessings, now and in the New Year!
